Joyce Ann Bay was born on Oct 20, 1951. She was born in Texas to a large family of 7 brothers and sisters.
She was married to Rick Kocks on September 29, 1973 and she had a double wedding with her sister Teresa. Her wedding day was such a happy day. Her and Rick spent all their time together and enjoyed the outdoors.
She gave birth to her daughter Shelley on April 12, 1974 and then her son Richard on March 18, 1980.
In her life she accomplished so much she should be proud of. She was a loving wife of 28 years to Rick, mother, friend, sister, aunt and Grandmother. She has 3 grandchildren; Allyson, Zackery and Rylee.
